A FULL Day of BJJ with KJN Denice and BSBN Enzo! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the many styles of Martial Arts we train in at West Coast Martial Arts Reno. We will spend all day learning positions and submissions of the art of BJJ.

Ages 4+.

Wear comfortable clothes or your uniform and belt. Bring a water bottle, snacks, and lunch and a willingness to learn and grow and lead.
